Hellz Bellez
Using the kettle bell, we will target the entire body with three strength segments paired with short cardio bursts. This class will improve core strength, balance, cardio endurance and tone the muscles.
TTB Dance Cardio
Let’s dance!! Work up a sweat while you learned choreographed moves to songs from a variety of different musical genres. High energy and high intensity! This class is great for all fitness levels.
TTB Restore
TTB Restore incorporates elements of Pilates, yoga and mobility exercises; a perfect combo to restore your body & mind. Release tension, increase flexibility and mobility, all while focusing on your breath. Great class for all levels.
TTB Dance Cardio 30
For those who want to dance! Break down and build a series of dance steps to create a whole routine. Then run it through to get your heart rate up! A sure fire way to get your cardio in. Great for beginners.
TTB Choreo
Let your hair down and have some fun! Blending contemporary, lyrical, hip hop and lots of sass; you’ll warm up then break down a dance routine. No dance technique/experience required, just a desire to move! New choreography biweekly.
